PODCAST EXCERPT Jennifer did well in elementary school and collected many awards. As the oldest child big things were expected of her. Outwards she appeared confident, but inwards she felt inadequate and doubted herself. By grade nine her grades had slipped to an average of 70%. Jennifer felt ashamed. Using old report cards and a photocopier she forged her report card by copying and pasting straight A's. After seven years of lies and forgeries Jennifer broke down and confessed. Her parents took away her cell phone and lap top and she was only permitted to use them in their presence. Then Jennifer ran in to an old acquaintance and confided in him about her contentious relationship with her father. Andrew commented that at one point he'd considered killing his own father. This planted a seed in Jennifer's mind.
