dangerous
city
in
the
United
States.
But
none
of
this
was
on
the
mind
of
young
Shannon
Graves.
She
had
a
heart
of
gold,
small
in
stature,
less
than
5’
tall
and
barely
a
100
pounds,
she
was
pretty
with
long
dark
hair,
brown
eyes
and
had
a
big
personality.
Shannon
never
went
anywhere
without
her
cell phone, and her friends kn
ew they could count on her.
Although
surrounded
by
good
people,
Shannon
hung
out
with
a
rough
crowd.
In
April
2016,
she
met
Arturo
Novoa,
a
small-time
drug
dealer
and
by
September
they’d
moved
in
together.
But
their
relationship
was
turbulent and Arturo was physically violent.
Shannon’s
life
was
busy
and
full
and
she
sometimes
lost
touch
with
her
family
for
a
period
of
time.

hear
