PODCAST EXCERPT In Lake Tahoe, Nevada Paul taught foreign languages in high school. He loved that it gave him the ability to travel and speak many languages and he had visited almost every continent in the world. Paul retired and moved to Sandpoint, Idaho, where he hired Darryl Kuehl, a local handyman down on his luck and living with friends while supporting his family. Over time, Paul came to trust Darryl. And Darryl admired the things Paul had accumulated, his house, boat and financial freedom. In December 1993, Paul spent Christmas with his daughter Shellie and her family in Reno, Nevada then returned home. Back home, Paul had no idea that Darryl had grown envious of him and his wealth and that in his greed he’d come up with a secret plan. Darryl had a .22 caliber handgun and a home-made silencer.

VICTIM: PAUL GRUBER IT’S A LIE! Paul travelled the world. After he retired, he settled into a home on Muskrat Lake. He hired Darryl, a handyman down on his luck. But Darryl became consumed with envy and greed and Paul ended up buried four feet under.
