Joe
didn't
know
about
Chris's
debts
and
bought
in
to
the
auto
shop
with
$20,000
and
became
a
partner.
In
late
2012
they
moved
the
business
to
a
new
property
that
included
a
state
of
the
art
shop
with
four
bays.
They
financed
the
purchase
with
a
$1,000,000
mortgage.
In
order
to
get
the
mortgage
the
bank
insisted
on
Chris
and
Joe
purchasing
identical
"key
person"
life
insurance
policies
with
each
other
listed
as
the beneficiary.
The
evening
was
still
warm
and
the
winds
light
as
they
approached
the
front
door
of
their
condo.
Olga
had
gathered
their
mail
and
just
put
her
keys
in
the
door
when
shots
rang
out.
Bullets
hit
the
front
door
and
shattered the glass.
