PODCAST EXCERPT For years his anger towards his noisy neighbours grew. They spoke too loud. Their cars were too noisy. Barry was obsessed with noise, the sounds in his head were torturing him. Barry moved on to the Telford club, where he demanded their moving targets be more lifelike and wear wigs. Then they discovered how dangerous he really was. He'd made changes to the bullets to increase their power. Jill tried to let out a scream as she ran for the front door with her mom right behind her. But Barry had entered the house through the back door and shot Jill in the back, stopping her instantly. She had only made it to the doorway. Her body turned and he shot her again. Judy's fear was that one day Barry would return to Birmingham and finish the job. She said "Some day, someone will be sorry that he was let out."
MURDERER: BARRY WILLIAMS THE KILLER NEXT DOOR Barry was obsessed with noise from his neighbours, and in 1978 his murder spree left five dead. He served 15 years before being released. As the 35th anniversary was approaching he was planning to do it again!
