PODCAST EXCERPT Deborah Point grew up in Calgary and worked at the Rockyview Hospital and spent her pay cheques on gambling and became addicted to video lottery terminals. Audrey Trudeau attended    university    in    Toronto    and    became    a physiotherapist.   With   a   divorce   behind   her   she   moved   to   Calgary   where she settled in to a job at Rockyview Hospital. In 1997 Deb's gambling addiction landed her in serious debt and her parents took out a second mortgage on their house to bail her out. In 1999 Deb and partner broke up, she was 38, alone and in debt to the tune of $8,000. Audrey felt sorry for her co-worker and said she could stay with her. But it wasn't long before Deb's financial problem became Audrey's financial problem. Audrey suspected she was stealing money from her. Then Audrey disappeared.
